Can Vadell is an attractive stone villa, located in Pollença, a few meters from the town and surrounded by plants and a very well maintained garden.

The villa can accommodate 5 guests. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with mountain views and a private pool. It also provides air conditioning for all the rooms, WiFi, satellite TV, and is a 5 minutes drive from the golf course.

Located near the famous and ancient Roman bridge, the property is just a short walk from the historic city of Pollença, with its wide range of restaurants, bars and traditional coffee shops.

A private road leads to a parking lot that connects with a large open terrace. It is surrounded by flower pots and has a wooden table and chairs. There you can find the entrance to the villa and the living room, with and American kitchen and a pantry adjacent to it.

A corridor communicates to a double room with dressing table and sink, another double room, a room with a convertible sofa bed and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub.

Outside, the spectacular grand piano-shaped pool and garden are an absolute joy. The pool are also has an outdoor shower.

A covered terrace, decorated with old artisanal tools and utensils, communicates with a full bathroom with shower. The terrace contains the built-in barbecue with a wooden table and chairs for eating.

It is an excellent place to entertain yourself outdoors, have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors and enjoy the authentic temperature of Mallorca.
